Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ZENZARAY. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed.

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on the carrier.

  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • Domestic Shipping Only: At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, you will have 30 mins to update your address, please email us immediately at contact@zenzaray.com
We may be able to update the address if your order has not yet been assigned a tracking number.

 

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.

To file a claim, email: contact@zenzaray.com

Must Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the outside packaging (including shipping label)
  • Photos of the damaged product

All photos/videos must clearly show the damage.

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a partial replacement or full replacement based on our inspection.

Customers are responsible for all return and replacement shipping costs, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Customers will receive the same product/s that were initially ordered. However, if any item/s are out of stock, customer may choose a product of the same value or receive store credit.

Claims submitted after 48 hours or without required proof may be denied.

 

Returned to Sender

If your order is returned to us by the shipping carrier, you will receive a refund for the product cost only (excluding shipping fees).
ZENZARAY is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments.

 

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Please note that shipping carriers may experience occasional delays due to holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen issues.
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, ZENZARAY is not responsible for lost or stolen items. For assistance, contact the shipping provider directly using your tracking information.

 

Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • Order cancellations are not permitted once your order has been placed.
