Processing times can take 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 2–5 days depending on the carrier. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Email us immediately at contact@zenzaray.com. We can only change the address if the package hasn’t been assigned a tracking number.
If returned to us, you will be refunded for the product cost only (excluding shipping). ZENZARAY is not responsible for shipping carrier issues.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow order cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order is placed.
Shipping times may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for updates on delayed packages.
ZENZARAY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package is handed to the courier, all liability falls on the shipping carrier.
We currently only ship within the USA.
